Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and who we share it with. Last updated October 20, 2026.
The Fun Place is operated by Srettam Ylimaf LLC, 4949 N Loop 1604 W Ste 428, San Antonio, TX 78249. This policy covers thefunplace.club and the forms on it (waivers, party bookings, drop-in care, after-school enrollment and the contact form).
What we collect
- Parent or guardian details: name, email, phone, date of birth, postal code.
- Child details you give us: names, dates of birth and, for after-school care, school, grade, allergies, medical conditions, medications, dietary needs and physician contact.
- Safety contacts: emergency contacts and people authorized to pick up your child.
- Waiver records: your signature, initials, consent choices (photos, text messages), the date, and the IP address the waiver was signed from.
- Bookings and payments: package, date, guest count and notes. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Basic technical data (browser type, IP address) used to keep the site secure and block spam.
How we use it
- To run your party, drop-in visit or after-school enrollment and to keep children safe.
- To keep a signed waiver on file (valid for one year) as our legal record.
- To send confirmations, reminders and replies. With your consent, text-message reminders.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business, each limited to what they need:
- Stripe (payments), Cal.com (party scheduling), Resend (email) and Twilio (text messages, if you opt in).
- Railway (website hosting and our customer database) and Cloudflare (domain, security and storage of signed waiver PDFs).
- Google (our business email, calendar and files).
- Authorities, if the law requires it or a child's safety depends on it.
Google account data
Our internal tools connect only to The Fun Place's own Google account to organize our business email and calendar. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We never use it for advertising or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Waivers and incident-related records are kept as long as needed for legal and insurance purposes. Other records are kept while you're a customer and deleted on request when no longer required. Spam submissions are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails or texts, at any time. Email support@thefunplace.club or call (210) 269-1215.
Children
Our forms are completed by parents or guardians. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
